Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups of milk
1 Large egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Rice porridge sachets
Greek yoghurt
Honey or maple syrup

 

Instructions
  1. Beat together 1 1/2 Cups of any milk, 1 large egg, and 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  2. Mix in 2 sachets of Rice Porridge, and give it a good stir.
  3. Bake in a medium non-stick baking dish, 180°C for 25-30 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with Greek yoghurt and a swirl of honey or maple syrup to complete the dream.
