Ingredients

1/4 cup rice flakes
1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk (almond works well)
1 tsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp youghurt or coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup frozen raspberries or blue berries

 

Instructions
  1. Mix rice flakes, milk, maple, and yoghurt in your cutest jar or bowl.
  2. Top with berries.
  3. Pop it in the fridge overnight.
  4. Wake up. Eat. Feel unstoppable.
